Ask your local pharmacy about their repeat medication service
Sign up with your preferred local pharmacy for their repeat medication service. Some pharmacies have their own apps and websites so ask your community pharmacist for help in getting started. You have the option to choose any pharmacy as your regular pharmacy for prescriptions. However you can also choose to have no specific nomination if you wish, your prescriptions will still be available electronically (paperless) to collect at any pharmacy. Many pharmacies can offer a home delivery service.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept verbal requests for repeat medication by phone.

Please Note: Prescription requests will only be accepted 3 working days before your prescription is due. Please be aware that repeat prescriptions requested electronically will take up to 48 hours [working days] to process at the health centre. Paper requests may take longer.
Please allow additional time for your pharmacy to dispense your medication, ready for collection.
Medication review
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If your medication review date has passed, please speak to one of our team, they will be able to advise what we need you to do to enable us to complete this review.
