Non-urgent general admin requests
You are able to request ‘administrative’ support through ‘Ask My GP’. However before doing so please do read the following explanations – please note however that administrative matters are NON-URGENT and therefore may take up to three working days prior to a response – you can submit and admin request here.
Sick (fit) Notes [Form Med 3s]
You only need a doctor’s note if you are unable to work and are ill for longer than seven calendar days.

Your employer will provide you with an SC2 self-certificate form for shorter periods of illness.
